Having not played again for 2 to 3 weeks Kirkham started slowly letting in a quick goal. Kirkham never really got out of 1st gear in this game. Goalkeeper Brody Collier and defenders Lewis Masters and Sam Howarth struggled with the Fleetwood attack. Midfielder Conor McNeilie and Winger Matty Neil tried to get Kirkham's game going but to no avail. Left winger Tom Jefferson and Man of The Match striker Tom Gargett had a quiet night by their standards.

Kirkham started the second game slightly better than the first game. They got into their stride with an an early Todd Roper goal. Adam Dinsley was everywhere playing striker, right wing and midfield. Will Hughes did well in midfield with Man of The Match Jackson Ashworth. The defence of James Barber and Sam Mumberson along with goalkeeper did well until conceding 2 goals, 1 in the 1st half and the second late into the second half. Connor Tattersall did well keeping them at bay. Substitute and striker Sam Tattersall came on late in the game.
