Thornton Cleveleys 1 v 3 Kirkham Juniors "A"

A fine solo goal by Adam Dinsley to double his tally secured the first victory of the season for Kirkham "A". Winning the ball just inside the Thornton half he raced past 2 defenders before slotting an unstoppable shot past the keeper. Thomas Jefferson calmed the nerves with a 3rd goal in the final minutes.
James Barber, playing his first game in defence, was Man Of The Match with a very accomplished performance.



Thornton Cleveleys 2 v 6 Kirkham Juniors "B"

A surprise goal feast was in store in the "B" game with goals from hatrick hero Thomas Gargett, new striker Lewis Master (2), and Sam Mumberson. In a very powerful performance Kirkham were dominant throughout, with the strikers being ably supported by Man Of The Match Conor McNeillie, and James Boardman in midfield.
